Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is found, the balance will be released and the account reinstated or closed at the player's request.
You may close your uuko account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
